1. Cancellations before order processing

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Orders that have been processed or shipped

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds.

All products are final, especially handmade or personalized items.
3. Order errors

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
4. Personalized items

Personalized items cannot be canceled or refunded once production or design has begun.
