Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations before order processing

• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Orders that have been processed or shipped

• Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds.

• All products are final, especially handmade or personalized items.

3. Order errors

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

4. Personalized items

• Personalized items cannot be canceled or refunded once production or design has begun.
