Thank you for shopping at Noe Studio! We hope you love your order. All of our products are handmade and/or personalized, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it. We will review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

  • Shipping errors (wrong or missing items) will also be resolved if reported promptly.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery confirmation by the postal service.
