Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Personalized or handmade items may take slightly longer to prepare; this will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Estimated delivery times (may vary by location):

    • Canada: 3–10 business days

    • United States: 7–15 business days

    • International: 10–30 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or customs.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically if eligible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes — Important for U.S. Customers

Noe Studio ships from Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier-imposed fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Noe Studio has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If you have questions about duties or import costs, we recommend contacting U.S. Customs and Border Protection or your local post office before placing your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Noe Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.
